
Sons and daughters of Arowa community in Ado Ekiti have received bags of food items from the Wife of Ekiti State Governor, Dr Olayemi Oyebanji as part of effort to reduce hunger and economic hardship.
Each of the bags contain Rice, Beans, Salt, Spaghetti Noodles, among others.
Distributing the food items at the community square in Ado Ekiti, the Governor’s wife, Dr Olayemi Oyebanji who was represented by her Senior Special Assistant on Political Matters, Mrs Toyin Adepoju noted that the gesture was part of continued efforts to make life easy for people as well as make them feel the importance of good governance and dividends of democracy.
She encouraged the people to adequately support the present administration in a bid to achieve success and win election for second term in office.
In their messages of Goodwill, two members of the community Alhaji Isiaka Onipede and Honorable Arogundade Babatunde thanked the Governor’s wife and pledged their loyalty as well as allegiance for the second term bid of Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji administration.
The head of the community, High Chief Francis Fagbuaro appreciated the hand of fellowship and other projects executed by this present administration most especially on roads as well as other infrastructure.
He expressed the determination of the people in the community to support the bidding of the present administration in pursuant of second term in office.
