Ekiti South Federal Constituency 2 Aspirant Adeboyejo Congratulates Gov Oyebanji on Court Victory

Oluwaseun Joseph Adeboyejo, an aspirant for Ekiti South Federal Constituency 2, has congratulated Governor Biodun Oyebanji on his victory at the Federal High Court, Abuja, in the suit instituted against him by the disqualified female governorship aspirant, Abimbola Olajumoke.

In a statement issued in Ado-Ekiti on Tuesday, Adeboyejo described the judgment as a victory for democracy, the rule of law, and the collective will of the people of Ekiti State.

He said:“The decision of the Federal High Court has laid to rest the legal challenge by Abimbola Olajumoke and further validates the second term ticket of Governor Oyebanji. It is a welcome development for peace and political stability in our state,” he said.

Adeboyejo commended the governor for his focus on governance despite distractions, noting that the administration’s commitment to continuity of projects, workers’ welfare, and infrastructure development has endeared him to the people.

The House of Representatives aspirant urged all political actors and stakeholders in the state to respect the decision of the court and work together for the progress of Ekiti.

He further pledged his continued support for the Oyebanji-led administration, stressing that unity and stability are critical for sustainable development in the state and the Ekiti South Federal Constituency.
