….congratulates Oyebanji on 1st anniversary
The Nigeria Police, Ekiti State Command has congratulated Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji on the successes recorded within his first year in office particularly in the area of security and peace.
This is contained in a statement signed by the Public Rations Officer of the Command, DSP, Sunday Abutu on behalf of the Commissioner of Police, CP Dare Ogundare.
The statement acknowledges the support of the Governor for security outfits in the state with reference to the recent donation of vehicles and Armored Personnel Carriers to the Command.
According to him, the positive response and disposition of the Governor to security matters has served as morale booster for combatants thus resulting in the success recorded in the fight against crime.
The statement wishes the Governor more success in office in the coming years with a promise to make Ekiti a forbidden place for criminals.
