The leadership of the National Association of Nigeria Nurses and Midwives, Ekiti State, has commiserated with the former Chairman of the Association who doubles as the Senior Special Assistant to Ekiti State Governor on Labour Matters, Comrade Kayode Fatomiluyi on the demise of his mother, Madam Comfort Oredola Fatomiluyi.
The condolence message was contained in a statement jointly signed by
the chairman of the Association, Mr. Oladimeji Samuel- Adegbuyi the Secretary, Miss. Olabisi Ayenioye and the PRO Mrs. Odunayo Olufunmilayo.
According to the statement, the nurses sympathize with their former Chairman but urged him to take solace in the fact that Mama loved a fulfilled life.
The statement also extends condolences to other children and family members of Mama with a prayer to God to give them the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
It reads: We the leaders of the National Association of Nigeria Nurses and Midwives, Ekiti State heartily extends our condolences to one of our leader, the immediate past Chairman of the Association, Comrade Fatomiluyi.
“We know what it takes to lose a mother irrespective of how old the deceased is but we urged our leader to take solace in the fact that his mother lived well and was able to raise them well in the way of the Lord.
“We pray God to be with the children of mama and other family members.
