EKITI NMA CONGRATULATES GOVERNOR OYEBANJI, DEPUTY ON ASSUMPTION OF OFFICE

…promises support for reappointed  health commissioner, Dr. Filani

Members of the  Nigerian Medical Association NMA Ekiti State Branch have congratulated Ekiti State Governor, Mr Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji and the Deputy Governor, Chief Monisade Afuye on thier  assumption of office.

In a statement in Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State NMA Chairman, Dr. Babatunde Rosiji said  Ekiti NMA highly value the friendship, cordiality and the cooperation that has been long existing between the state government and the association.

Dr Rosiji explained that Ekiti NMA is so confident that the relationship would be built upon with Governor Oyebanji in order to ensure provision of quality healthcare for residents.

NMA prayed for good health, Godspeed and tremendous success for the newly sworn in governor and the deputy.

Similarly, the Chairman, NMA Ekiti, the State Officers’ Committee and the entire members of the Association  congratulated one of them, Dr. Oyebanji Filani who was reappointed as the Commissioner for Health and Human Services by Gov. Oyebanji.

The association  equally appreciated  Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji for the trust he has in the capacity of Dr Filani.

In a statement, the association said it  would  continue to partner and support the Ministry of Health and Human Service under  the leadership of Dr Filani to achieve the set objectives.

“We also believe that you will use your good office to stem the trend of brain drain currently experiencing in  our Nation.
