EKITI JUSUN CHAIRMAN COMMENDS GOVERNOR OYEBANJI FOR INCREASING SUBVENTION OF JUDICIARY

…..says Oyebanji has earned the respect and support of judicial workers

The Chairman of the Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria, Ekiti State Com. Rotimi James Adetunla has expressed gratitude to Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji for releasing additional subvention to the state’s judiciary describing the action as incredible.

The chairman in a statement made available to newsmen in Ado Ekiti said the increment in the subvention would bring about a significant boost to the judicial arm of government, enabling it to effectively discharge its duties.

It will also help the sector to implement the new wages for judiciary workers in accordance with the new minimum wage law

Comrade James Adetunla explained that the development was a testament to the governor’s dedication to ensuring the smooth operation of the judiciary and the overall development of the state.

He said:” We the judicial workers in Ekiti State are excited by the news of the additional subvention, with this new development, the judiciary would be able to attend better to perform it’s functional optimally and improve the welfare of workers.

“The Ekiti State judiciary has been a beneficiary of Governor Oyebanji’s proactive approach to governance, with the recent release of funds aimed at enhancing the judiciary’s capacity to deliver justice effectively.

“Governor Oyebanji is a God sent to us in Ekiti, he has been able to touch all sectors of the economy through his purposeful leadership style and commitment to service.

Adetunla affirmed that the Judicial workers would reciprocate the gesture of the Governor by giving him the needed support so as to be able to do more.

He however called on his members to continue to discharge their work diligently so as to justify government’s investment.
