…promises to deliver Ikole local government for BAO
The camp of the APC governorship candidate, Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji has continued to receive boost on daily basis owing to the numbers of people from various political parties and groups declaring support for his ambition.
The recent and very significant one is the joining of the BAO ark by a bigwig and one of the major financiers of the People Democratic Party, Otunba Adesola Adeboro.
Otunba Adeboro defected from PDP to the All progressives Congress APC and pledged total support for the party’s candidate, Hon. Oyebanji.
Otunba Adeboro who was one of the leaders of PDP in Ikole local government left the party with hundreds of his followers.
Speaking with newsmen in Ikole Ekiti, his home town, Otunba Adeboro said he left his former party PDP due to lack of discipline, unfair conduct of primary elections, high handedness of former governor Ayodele Fayose.
He expressed confidence in the ability of Hon. Oyebanji to bring positive change to Ekiti, hence the need to support him.
Otunba Adeboro noted that he would deliver Ikole local government for APC during the forthcoming governorship poll.
He called on all his supporters in Ekiti State to leave PDP and pitch their tents with APC, saying the candidate of the party would peform excellently if he emerge as governor of the State.
