

Ekiti State Governor, Biodun Oyebanji and his deputy, Chief Monisade Afuye on Tuesday, received the former House of Representatives candidate, Engr Henrich Akomolafe, at Governor’s Office, Ado-Ekiti.
This was coming barely a week after the former reps candidate declared his total support for the re-election of Governor Oyebanji.
Akomolafe, who was elated to meet the governor and his deputy, reaffirmed confidence in their chances of reclaiming the governorship seat in the forthcoming June 20 election owing to his leadership style, achievements and passion for development.

He emphasised that the developmental milestones of the governor will sway voters in his favour, describing him as a grassroots politician that is committed to the progress of the state.

Akomolafe, who pledged to mobilise electorates towards ensuring Governor Oyebanji’s victory at the poll, called on his supporters and Ekiti electorates to sustain his legacy by re-electing him for another term.
He appreciated the governor for granting him audience describing him as a symbol of unity that has united Ekiti sons and daughters irrespective of their political affiliation.
