Ekiti Governor Vows Full Support for NYSC

Ekiti State Governor, Mr. Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, has pledged unwavering support for the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in the state.

He made this known during the swearing-in and official opening ceremony of the 2024 Batch A Stream II corps members at the NYSC permanent orientation camp in Ise Orun/Emure-Ekiti.

Governor Biodun commended the state NYSC coordinator, Alhaji Riko Abdullahi Shuaibu, and his team for their dedication and commitment to the NYSC.

He acknowledged the challenges facing the NYSC in Ekiti State and assured continuous government support to address infrastructure deficits and ensure smooth operations.

Recognizing the corps members’ decision to serve in Ekiti State as a display of patriotism, Governor Biodun emphasized the government’s commitment to rewarding exceptional service.

He urged the corps members to approach their duties with enthusiasm and make the most of the Skills Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development (SAED) program for personal and professional growth.

Encouraging the corps members to be catalysts for positive change, Governor Biodun officially declared the 2024 Batch A Stream Two orientation course in Ekiti State open.
