Ekiti State Attorney, Mr Day Apata SAN says Mr Abayomi Lustay is still in correctional centre Ado Ekiti due to pending matter bordering on unlawful possession of cannabis sativa hanging on his neck at the federal High Court, saying his detention has no political influence.
The State Attorney General who stated this while reacting to the statement where the family of Akogun Lustay alleged that EKiti Government was behind his remanded at correctional Centre explained that the statement of the family was not represent the true position as far as the case is concerned.
Mr Dayo Apata SANsaid his remand at the correctional centre has nothing to do with political, saying nobody is above the law.
