The Speaker, Ekiti State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Adeoye Stephen Aribasoye has promised to offer quality legislation in 2024 for the growth and development of the state.
He made the promise in his message to members of the 7th Ekiti State House of Assembly as part of activities marking the end of the year.
According to him, members of the 7th Ekiti State House of Assembly have remained resolute and dedicated in their legislative duties.
While commending them for their unwavering support during the year, Aribasoye urged them not to relent in performing their duties for the growth of the state.
He said: “Dear Esteemed Colleagues, As we draw near to the end of another eventful year, I find it imperative to express my heartfelt appreciation to each and every one of you, the esteemed members of the 7th Ekiti State House of Assembly.
“Your unwavering commitment and dedication to the service of our great state have not gone unnoticed, and I am deeply grateful for the collective effort we have put forth in fulfilling our legislative responsibilities.
“Since the honor of being elected as your Speaker, I have been privileged to experience the undiluted support and unwavering dedication that you have extended to me. I want to assure you that I do not take this support and love for granted.
“Your steadfastness and belief in our collective vision have been a source of inspiration and a driving force behind our achievements.
The camaraderie and love that exist among us are invaluable, and it is my fervent prayer that we continue to foster this spirit of unity and collaboration as we work towards the progress and prosperity of our dear state.
“I am optimistic that with our continued dedication, next year will be a glorious one as we carry out our legislative duties with even greater zeal and effectiveness.
“As we approach the festive season, I extend my warmest wishes to each and every one of you. May this season be filled with joy, peace, and goodwill, and may it usher in a new year of unprecedented success and fulfillment for us all.
