The lawmaker representing Ikole constituency 1, Hon. Femi Fatunla has congratulated Muslims faithful in Ekiti State particularly those from his constituency for the grace of Allah that sustained their lives to witness another Eid-el-Kabir.
In a statement made available to newsmen in Ado Ekiti, Hon. Fatunla urged the Muslims to celebrate with decency and uphold the lessons of the season which include, obedience, personal sacrifice and love.
According to Hon. Fatunla, the celebration of Eid-el-Kabir is a reminder to everyone to be ready to render personal sacrifices for the development of Ekiti State and Nigeria at large.
He appealed to the Muslim community to continue to support the government of Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu so as to enable them realize their great dreams for the development of the state and country.
The lawmaker on his part promised to sponsor more bills that would enhance the well-being of his people and enlist Ekiti on global map.
