The Ewi of Ado Ekiti, Oba Adeyemo Adejugbe has cautioned Mr Dauda lawal to stop parading himself as the Araba of Ado Ekiti or face the wrath of the law.
Addressing newsmen in Ado Ekiti, Oba Adejugbe who explained that Ewi in council and concerned people held a meeting and agreed that Chief Fashina is the next Araba of Ado Ekiti asked the state commissioner of police to call Mr lawal to order in the interest of peace.
Oba Adeyemo asked Mr Lawal to also sign an undertaking that he will stop parading himself as Araba of Ado Ekiti as against the decision of the Ewi in council.
Reacting, the Araba of Ado Ekiti, Chief Fashina Ifamuagun promised to use the position to promote peace and unity of Ekiti state as Ifa priest.
He also promised to promote culture and tradition of the town.
