…sets to hit 95 percent financial inclusion

Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, has launched a financial literacy electronic learning platform, tagged SabiMONI.
The literate inclined financial platform was officially lauched today by the CBN Governor, Godwin Emefiele and was disseminated via its Official Twitter Account, @cenbank.
The Apex Bank said the platform will serve as a depository of information both for learners, trainers and researchers.
According to the Deputy Governor, Financial Sector Surveillance, FSS, Mrs. Aishah Ahmad, the platform will enable the Bank reach more people, make them aware of the benefits of financial products and services, increase the use of financial services, make better financial decisions and further drive Financial Inclusion.
Following this, CBN declared determination to meet a target of 95 percent financial inclusion by 2024.
