
Hon. Bimbo Daramola, a former member of the House of Representatives, has extended his heartfelt condolences to the Deputy Governor of Ekiti State, Chief Monisade Afuye, on the passing of her mother.
In a statement in Ado Ekiti, Hon. Daramola described the late matriarch as a pillar of strength and a shining example of motherhood.
He prayed that God would grant the Deputy Governor and her family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
The statement reads:” Hon. Daramola has always maintained a strong connection with the people of Ekiti State, and this gesture is a testament to his commitment to standing with them in times of joy and sorrow.
“Hon. Daramola’s condolence message is a demonstration of his respect and admiration for the Deputy Governor and her family during this difficult time.
He urged the Deputy Governor to take solace in the fact that Mama lived a fulfilled life.
The former lawmaker also commended the Governor, Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji for standing by his deputy at this trying time.
