The court of appeal sitting in Ado-Ekiti has declared the elemebo(rmdd) family as the authentic ruling house of Araromi obo Ekiti
In his recent ruling, Justice Olabode Adegbehingbe said evidences provided by the Elemobo ruling house showed that the family had been producing king in the town for long as against the claim by Idolofin family.
Justice Adegbehingnbe therefore ordered the Idolofin family to pay a fine of five hundred thousand naira for parading themselves as the ruling house of the community.
In an interview, the Regent of Araromi Obo Ekiti,Princess Adenike Ogundaisi who is from the elemobo ruling house, appreciated the court of law for allowing Justice to prevail.
Princess Ogundaisi who explained that the Elemobo house had been on the case since 1991, expressed her gratitude to God for winning in the court of competent law.
