APC Chieftain, Olu Okeya Commends Oyebanji Over Massive Road Rehabilitation

A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress APC in Ekiti state, Honourable Olu Okeya has commended the efforts of Ekiti state Governor, Mr Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji on rehabilitation of roads in the state.

Honourable Okeya gave the commendation while addressing some groups of non indigenes in Emure Ekiti on Friday on the need to vote massively for all APC candidates in d forthcoming election.

He used the opportunity to commend Governor Oyebanji and appealed to him to as a matter of urgency repair Ikere-Ise-Emure road .

According to Honourable Okeya, the road had become dangerous due to various bad portions on it.

“This has really aided in kidnappings and robberies on the road, nevertheless the federal ministry of works through the efforts of former Governor Kayode Fayemi and Engineer Adebiyi the road was rehabilitated and this really reduced the activities of kidnappers and robbers, the road is getting bad by the day”.

“A stitch in time saves nine, it will be better if government can spend little to repair it now before it gets out of hand, The road needs urgent attention before the men of the underworld come back to perpetrate their evil acts.

Honourable Okeya commended the relative peace the residents of Emure, Ise and Ikere-Ekiti are enjoying presently.

He urged residents of Ekiti state to collect their permanent voter cards in order to take active part in the forthcoming general election.

Honourable Okeya also called on them to vote massively for the APC Presidential candidate and other party candidates in order to enjoy dividends of democracy.
