Congratulates Governor Elect
The Special Assistant to Ekiti State Governor on Mobilization and Director Youth and Students Mobilisation, Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji BAO, Campaign Organization, Hon Olalekan Ijidale on Saturday delivered Agbado-Ekiti for APC.
The landslide victory recorded was unprecedented as PDP had often dominated the political terrain.

Addressing journalists in Agbado Ekiti, Ijidale thanked God for the victory and appreciated the people of the community for standing by him and the party.
Ijidale said “Agbado was the strongest PDP domain in Gbonyin LGA until I came into politics where I worked closely with my people to change the narrative.
“We lost narrowly to PDP with 35 votes in the last Gubernatorial election that produced Governor Kayode Fayemi compared to the usual margin of 800 votes and above in the past.
“We worked and vowed to silent PDP and other Parties in further election in Agbado, and this we have achieved.
“This is the first time in history that APC will win Gubernatorial election in Agbado-Ekiti.
According to him, the victory of Oyebanji is not only for APC but for Gbonyin local government and Ekiti people as he would deliver on his promises.
Meanwhile Hon. Olalekan Ijidale has congratulated the newly elected governor of Ekiti State, Hon. Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji on his victory.
In his congratulatory message in Agbado Ekiti his home town, Hon. Ijidale described the victory of Hon. Oyebanji as divine.
The APC chieftain also commended the efforts of Governor kayode Fayemi, his wife Erelu Bisi Fayemi, Otunba Niyi Adebayo, leaders of the party, all youths of Agbado Ekiti and all the members of my committee for their support and contributions which ensured the victory of Mr Abayomi.
He also appreciated all indigenes of the state for deeming it fit to vote for APC candidate during the election, saying the governor elect would build on the achievements of Governor kayode Fayemi.
Hon. Ijidale explained that the victory recorded by Oyebanji was an evidence and attestation that APC led administration met the yearnings of Ekiti people since it took over mantle of leadership from PDP.
