After 50 days, Hamas releases 41 Israeli, foreign captives

…as UN Humanitarian aids enter Gaza

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) said after 50 days, Hamas has released 41 Israeli and Foreign captives, adding that they will continue to combat the militia group for the release of other captives.

This was made known lately in a statement published on the Force X handle @IDF.

IDF said, “After 50 days in Hamas captivity, 41 hostages—women, children, the elderly and foreign nationals—were released in the past 48 hours and returned home to the warm embrace of their loved ones. This is what we are fighting for, and we won’t rest until they’re all home.”

In another development, IDF disclosed that “A convoy of 200 trucks carrying humanitarian aid is entering Gaza through the Rafah crossing today. They contain food, water, shelter supplies and medical supplies only.

“Under UN escort, dozens of humanitarian aid trucks and 6 ambulances are being transferred to northern Gaza and to shelters that have not yet been evacuated,” IDF noted.
