The Tosin Aluko Park, along Ado/Ikere Road, Ado Ekiti, is to be re-constructed into an ultra modern mixed-use park comprising residential areas Units, Commercial areas Units, green and public spaces with a well-made network of roads and a shopping mall.
The project is to be handled by a renowned developer Metro Shelters Realty Limited and completed within eighteen months.
Speaking during the signing of a tripartite agreement with the developer, Chairman, Ado LCDA, Mr. Toyin Ojo said the project was part of efforts to improve the aesthetic value of the State Capital and transform it into a world class city.
According to Mr. Ojo, the project when completed would serve as the flagship of the city, create conducive environment for trading and contribute to economic development.
He appreciated Governor Biodun Oyebanji for the express approval for the project and for providing the necessary backing needed towards ensuring smooth takeoff of the project.
On their part, the management team of the developer promised to deliver a standard project that would stand the test of time.
