…as beneficiaries commend his leadership style
The Chairman of Ado Central Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Toyin Ojo, has commissioned solar-powered boreholes in various locations, including Ijigbo Ratibi Mosque, Agric Olope, and Ekute, all in Ado Ekiti.
The solar-powered boreholes are part of the council chairman’s efforts to improve the lives of residents in Ado Central LCDA.
The inauguration ceremony which was held at different locations in the LCDA was attended by notable dignitaries, including the Wife of the Ewi of Ado Ekiti, Olori Abosede Adejugbe, and the Chief Imam of Ado Ekiti, Sheikh Jamiu Kewulere.
while inaugurating one of the Solar powered Boreholes, the Chief Imam of Ado Ekiti, Sheikh Jamiu Kewulere praised Hon. Toyin Ojo for attending to the needs of residents, particularly the Muslim community.
On her own, the wife of Ewi of Ado Ekiti, Olori Abosede Adejugbe commended the chairman for fulfilling his election promises and urged other political office holders to emulate him.
Also, the Chief Imam of Ijigbo Ratibi Mosque, Alhaji Jamiu Olaanobi, expressed gratitude for the borehole, saying it would solve the problem of water scarcity for worshipers.
Other dignitaries, including Prince Boye Adeoye and Mr. Lawrence Ojo, praised Hon. Toyin Ojo’s commitment to human and societal development, saying his developmental projects always meet the needs of the people.
The APC Chairman, Ado Local Government, Hon. Mike Akinleye, thanked Hon. Ojo for the gesture and appealed to residents to participate in the voter’s registration exercise in order for them to be able to exercise their franchise during the next year governorship election.
In his remarks, Hon. Toyin Ojo called on the Muslim community and residents of Ado Ekiti to support Governor Biodun Oyebanji’s second-term ambition, which would enable the community to enjoy more dividends of democracy.
