The Supreme Court of Nigeria has issued the People’s Democratic Party, PDP a fine of N2 millon over a suit seeking Tinubu -Shettima disqualification over Shettima’s dual nomination.
This was issued today following the ruling of a five justice panel in the Apex Court who preceded over the case.
Following the alleged claim by PDP, the Vice President-elect, Kashime Shettima asserted that he had dismissed his senatorial nomination on the 6th of July which was alleged by PDP as the 15th of the said month.
