The Appeal Court on Wednesday adjourned Peter Obi’s petition against the president-elect Bola Tinubu to Friday 19, 2023.
The adjournment was made based on mutual agreement by all the parties involved in the matter.
According to Justice Haruna Tsammani who headed the court, the new date was fixed following the failure of parties in the petition to agree on documents among other reasons.
