The Akwa Ibom born, Chef Hilda Baci who embarked recently on a 96 hours marathon cooking has finally broken the record as the world’s longest cooking individual.
The Chef who was appraised by the Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Udom Emmanuel for her resilience and determination having described her as Dakkada the Philosophy stated that the skill she displayed would serve as an inspiration to the Youths.
He said, “This is what our Dakkada philosophy is all about, the determination to dare and conquer what others thought to be impossible. We salute you for putting our culinary skills on full display and of course, our nationally and internationally celebrated cuisines.
You are an inspiration to millions of Nigerians, and especially our dear Akwaibomites. We are all solidly behind you as you embark on this inspirational moment. We look forward to hosting you soon.”
