Don’t rest on your oars, you have more to do – Ekiti First Lady challenges New Cruse FM.

Wife of the Ekiti State Governor, Dr. Olayemi Oyebanji, has challenged New Cruse 92.7 FM to continue to remain a shining broadcast outlet in Ekiti and beyond.
The first lady gave the charge when the management team of New Cruse FM paid her a courtesy visit at her office in Ado Ekiti and also gave her an award of excellence.
Dr. Oyebanji commended the Founder of the station, Chief Wole Olanipekun, SAN, CFR, for deeming it fit to site the station in Ekiti with state of the art facilities.
Describing Chief Olanipekun as a father and benefactor to her, Dr. Oyebanji promised to support the station in the areas of content and capacity.
According to Oyebanji, she will not relent in her core responsibilities to Ekiti State, the girl child and the vulnerable as well as the academia.
Earlier in his remark, General Manager of New Cruse FM, Joshua Adegbite, reeled out the achievements of the radio station within 3 years of broadcasting, assuring the First Lady that the station will continue to strengthen its content to meet the realities of our time.
Adegbite then used the opportunity to thank the First Lady for standing behind Governor Biodun Oyebanji in service of ekiti people.
He also extended his gratitude to Chief Olanipekun for creating the platform to train media practitioners and provide means of livelihood for many.
