Commonwealth of Nations is set to host Presidents and Heads of Government summit of Commonwealth Countries on Friday, May 5th in London.
This was made known today by the Media Aide to Buhari, Bashir Ahmad via his Official Twitter Account @BashirAhmaad following the notice of the President’s departure to London for the coronation of Charles III and his wife, Camilla.
He said, “Ahead of the coronation, the Commonwealth Secretariat will take advantage of the gathering of leaders in London to host a Commonwealth Summit for Presidents and Heads of Government of Commonwealth countries on Friday, May 5th.”
He also revealed that President Buhari’s participation in the Summit would include deliberation on the future of Commonwealth and the role of the Youth.
