Former Senator, Kaduna Central, Shehu Sani has taken a whip on African Leaders for its alleged unconcern on Africans dying in Sahara desert and Mediterranean sea in search of green pasture.
The Former Senator made this known via his official Twitter handle, @ShehuSani.
It could be recalled, the Sun Newspaper reported as thus, “In 2022, it was estimated that 2,062 African migrants died while crossings the Mediterranean Sea”.
Shehu said that, “African leaders and the African Union are asleep while thousands of our young people are dying in the Sahara Desert and The Mediterranean Sea everyday.
“There is no greener pastures in Europe; it’s here in Africa and it’s called Credible elections and good Governance.” He added.
