Popular Nollywood Actress and Producer as well as the Deputy Governorship candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, in the just concluded Gubernatorial Poll in Lagos State, Funke Akindele, has revealed that she has no regrets contesting in the election.
She revealed this today via her Official Twitter Account @funkeakindele while giving her comments on the electoral process.
According to her,the electoral journey has been amazing and insightful as she has been privileged to some essential knowledge that has aided her learning process .
“It has been an amazing and insightful experience on my journey to the ballot and I must say, it was an absolute learning curve for me. A lot of things have been learned and unlearned. I sincerely do not regret taking this huge step of running for office,” she said.
