…says elections may not be perfect but shows improvement
Governor if Ekiti State, Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji has appreciated to the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC for its efforts at making the house of assembly election credible.
He appreciated them today in a message on his Twitter handle, @biodunaoyebanji; saying that, “the process may not be perfect, but there is a significant improvement, which we shall build upon in subsequent elections”.
Also, the Governor thanked all Ekiti kete for making the exercise a peaceful one.
Furthermore, he congratulated the winners of the state assembly election and looked forward to an excellent working relationship with them.
Meanwhile, at the early hours of today the Governor casted his vote at polling unit 003, Ward 06, Okelele, Ikogosi-Ekiti.
