Christians have been told to go to the polls on February 25th, 2023 and prove the Christ in them.
The admonition was given in a sermon delivered by Ven Victor Ojo, Vicar, in charge of St Paul’s Anglican Church, Odo Ado, Ado Ekiti, during the new year thanksgiving service..
He said a changed relationship with God leads to a changed relationship with the world adding.” Now that we are in Christ, what God commissions us is to go into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature….Mark 16:15
“This is a task for us to go out… and make Christ known to the people especially during the election…. through our character, as Christians you don’t need to participate in what is called election malpractices which can not give God glory.”
He said: “people may not like you, because you didn’t behave like them, just be focused on who called you and be a role model.. Let your life challenge them”.
