Some members of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP from Ekiti South Senatorial District have vowed to work against the candidate of the party Senator Biodun Olujimi during next year’s election.
The party faithful made their threat known during a meeting called by a former Governor of the State, Ayo Fayose.
In a video obtained from the meeting the aggrieved members alleged that Senator Olujimi had not been fair to them particularly during her empowerment programmes.
The PDP members alleged that Senator Olujimi refused to empower them since she assumed office.
Former Governor Ayodele Fayose had earlier told the gathering that a meeting was held with Olujimi and some leaders of the party in Lagos on the need for her to empower party members but she declined.
He backed the members to work against Olujimi during the election.
