A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and former House of Representatives candidate, Engr. Henrich Akomolafe, has called on Ekiti youths to vote massively for Governor Biodun Oyebanji during the forthcoming election.
In a statement in Ado Ekiti, the Ikere-born politician and entrepreneur explained that Governor Oyebanji deserves the support of the youths considering what he has done for them and other impactful benefits in the pipeline.
According to Henrich Akomolafe, Governor Oyebanji has appointed more youths into his government than any successive administration in the southwest and has introduced various youth-centered policies and programs, such as bringing back youths to agriculture, ICT training, bursaries, scholarships, job opportunities, and empowerment.
He emphasized that a vote for Oyebanji is a vote for a better future for Ekiti youths.
Akomolafe urged the youths to uphold peace and not allow selfish politicians to use them as tools of destruction.
He commended Oyebanji’s efforts in promoting youth development and encouraged the youths to support his re-election bid.
The former Reps candidate assured that Oyebanji’s administration will continue to prioritize youth empowerment and development if re-elected.
