The streets of Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State’s capital, were awash with vibrant and colourful campaign posters of Governor Biodun Oyebanji seeking re-election
The posters, featuring the Governor in various formats, have sparked interest among residents.
One of the posters shows Governor Oyebanji in a Naval-style uniform with a caption “THE SURE CAPTAIN”
The posters, seeking Oyebanji’s re-election, are reportedly sponsored by former House of Representatives member, Hon. Bimbo Daramola.
The posters were seen in areas such as Fajuyi, APC secretariat, Ajilosun, Old Garage, Ijigbo just to mention but a few
Passersby described the posters as beautiful and instructive
When contacted on the telephone, Daramola confirmed his involvement, stating the posters aim to support Oyebanji’s campaign team and highlight his achievements, warranting a second term for consolidation.
Daramola appealed to Ekiti people to continue to support the Governor and vote massively for him during the forthcoming election.
