COURT ORDERS ASUU TO RESUME

The National Industrial Court has ordered university lecturers to return and begin classes pending the determination of the suit filed against the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU by government.

Justice polycap Hamman
delivered the ruling on the interlocutory injunction filed by the federal government, and restrained ASUU from continuing with the industrial action pending the determination of the suit.
