The leaders listed the achievements of the society in Ekiti as follows: “Our forefathers resolutely pursued the implementation to the point that ADS was voluntarily embraced as the umbrella body for all Muslims in Ekiti and they put in all resources required to achieve their common purpose.

“More importantly, Allah (SWT) blessed their efforts such that within a decade of associating with the Ansar-ud-Deen Society, forty-five (45) Primary Schools, seven (7) Secondary Modern Schools, one (1)
Teacher Training College and five (5) Secondary Schools had been established by the Society in some communities in Ekiti land.

“We are proud to tell you that the labour of those great men did not go in vain as their legacies remain intact and extant till today. Though as a result of government educational policy, the Society schools were taken over and converted to public schools, yet the schools remain ever productive and follow the purpose-driven legacy of the ADS.

“So many people who would have lived their lives as illiterates were made literate and became high fliers in their respective fields of endeavour. The Society’s educational system has produced Muslim Kings, Deputy Governors, Professors, Permanent Secretaries, General Managers, top bankers, successful entrepreneurs, captains of industries and many people who attain the tops of their various callings.”
