Islamisgood Care Foundation, a non-governmental organization dedicated to serving the Muslim community, has registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), marking its journey to legitimately impact the society.
The foundation, initiated by Ekiti State-based journalist Alhaji Qozeem Oladapo, has been providing charitable services to vulnerable Muslims, including fundraising, voluntary matchmaking, and donations to mosques and correctional facilities.
According to the foundation’s coordinator, Alhaji Oladapo, the registration with CAC will enable the organization to access more resources and support, thereby expanding its reach and impact the Muslim Ummah.
The foundation has already made notable contributions, including donating television and other gadgets to the Correctional Center mosque in Ekiti State and constructing facilities for Muslim inmates. It has also helped several mosques with toilet projects and facilitated at least 27 successful marriages through its Muslim Spouse Seekers Forum (MSSF).
As part of its new initiatives, the foundation will launch a weekly radio program on Ebi Nla Radio 102.3FM, a private radio station in Ekiti State, every Friday. The program aims to promote the foundation’s activities and provide a platform for discussing issues affecting the Muslim community.
The foundation’s team, which includes officials in Ekiti, Ibadan, Osogbo, Akure, Lagos, and Ilorin, is optimistic about the registration and looks forward to collaborating with philanthropists, local and international charity organizations to make a greater impact.
Alhaji Oladapo solicited continued prayers, support, and steadfastness from the general public to enable the organization to positively impact more lives and uplift downtrodden souls.
