Idoma Indigenes in Ekiti Felicitate Ewi of Ado-Ekiti Over 2024 Udiroko Festival

Indigenes of Idoma Kingdom living in Ekiti State have joined other well-wishers to felicitate the Ewi of Ado-Ekiti, Oba Adeyemo Adejugbe and the people of the State on the 2024 Udiroko Festival.

This was contained in a statement on Monday in Ado-Ekiti by Oyigocho Otache, Ochidoma Agabaidu 1 of Idoma people living in Ekiti State.

The Idoma people extended their best wishes to the people of Ado-Ekiti on the auspicious occasion saying that the festival will showcase the true cultural heritage of Ado-Ekiti and Ekiti State by extension.

The statement reads: “Ochidoma Agabaidu 1 of Idoma people living in Ekiti State, Oyigocho Otache and the entire Idoma community in Ado Ekiti felicitate with His Royal Majesty Alayeluwa Oba ( Dr.) Rufus Adeyemo Adejugbe Aladesanmi 111, CON, JP- the Ewi of Ado Ekiti.

“His Queen, Eyesorun , Bosede Adejugbe, and the Royal House, the chiefs and all Ado Ekiti sons and daughters both at home and in diaspora for this year 2024 Udiroko festival which by the grace of God will come up on 21/08/2024 at the Ewi’s palace.

‘We pray for his royal majesty to live long and celebrate more in the land of the living and good health. We the Idomas in Ado-Ekiti, wishes our father, the Kabiyesi a happy celebration.”
