I give special thanks to the duo of former Governors of Ekiti state, Otunba Niyi Adebayo and Dr. Kayode Fayemi for this great discovery called BAO, the Executive Governor of Ekiti State.
For former Governor Fayemi to have used his solomonic wisdom in giving the baton of governance in Ekiti State to BAO was a major feat of his administration.
BAO is someone that governs Ekiti with calmness, firmness, humility, transparency and above all, fear of God.
He believes in team work and genuine consultations.
Also, BAO believes in the entity called Ekiti, as a complete loyal party man, he puts Ekiti interest above any other considerations.
BAO’s respect for traditional institutions, senior citizens, former Governors, political and religion leaders, regardless of their political and religious affiliations is legendary.
BAO is very contended, the gluttonous tendency in an average Nigerian politician can not be found in him.
With his modus oparandi, the era of political tension is gone and gone for good in Ekiti.
With the look of things, 2026 gubernatorial election in Ekiti will be a walk over in favour of BAO.
For the very first time in the history of Ekiti, local contractors are enjoying abundance government patronage with prompt payment while 90% of political functionaries in Ekiti are sought locally.
Under BAO, the local government administration is becoming lively with the release of their total allocations from the federation account.

BAO knows what he’s doing and he’s a true home grown politician, aside good education, Infrastructure, payment of salaries, gratuity and good governance in general, one thing Ekiti would be expecting from him as parting gift come 16th of October 2030 is to give us another BAO in nature as successor. A BAO+ is what we are wishing for.
