The former spokesman to the Vice President, Senator Kashim Shettima drew his last breath at an Indian hospital yesterday.
Prior to his death, he had been in the hospital for over a month due to a long illness.
Gusau who is also the Spokesman to the current Borno State Governor Babagana Zulum, Mallam Isa Gusau was on admission at the Indian hospital for over a month now battling for his life.
ROUNDOFFNEWS gathered that, Gusau was said to be actively involved in the publicity of the Governor right from his sick bed in India, issuing statements to promote his boss.
Although, there is no official confirmation of his death but the social media is submersed with news of his passing. It is not yet clear when his remains would be brought home for inhumation, according to Arise TV.
