As part of measures to give back to their alma mater, the 1986 set of the Eyemote Comprehensive High School, Iyin Ekiti, ECOHS have donated new sets of modern furniture to the school to be used by the teachers and management.
The furniture is coming barely few months after the 86set old students installed solar power across the school to illuminate the environment.
The set of chairs and tables are expected to make teachers more comfortable so as to give their best in the course of impacting knowledge in to the students as confirmed by the president of the 1986 set Dr. Akinlua Ibikunle.
In an interview, the National President of the Eyemote Comprehensive High School, Iyin Ekiti Old Students Association, Wing Commander Lawrence Ojo-Akinwumi retired commended the 1986 and challenged others to emulate such laudable idea.
Earlier the Chairman, Araromi LCDA, High Chief Adewale Alade showed encomium of the old students with a promise to assist the school to reclaim it’s encroached land.
Receiving the materials, the Principal of the School, Mr Abiodun Oguntuyi who was vividly excited by the gesture appreciated the 1986 set for giving back to their alma mater.
