Former Presidential Candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Adamu Garba, has said the ongoing Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa BRICS summit in South Africa will crash the US Dollar.
Garba predicted this doom for the dollar while commenting on the international economic state on his Twitter handle @adamugarba.
Roundoffnews recall, the Vice President of Nigeria, Shettima Kashim, is representing President Bola Tinubu in the ongoing summit.
According to Garba, more inflation is ahead for any country still hanging onto the U.S. dollar (USD).
He said, “What would the value of reserve currency be in USD??? The U.S. will increase its rate to a biting level to protect its dollar against the new BRICS currency.
“With the success of the ongoing BRICS summit in South Africa, 90% of sales of crude oil in the US Dollars will be affected.”
