…hails governor Oyebanji over support for teachers
The chairman of the Nigeria Union of Teachers, NUT, Ekiti State Wing, Comrade Emmanuel Oke has urges his members across the state both in primary and secondary schools to double their efforts towards ensuring that Ekiti takes its leading role in education.
Comrade Oke in his new month message noted that all hands must be on deck to ensure that the investment of Governor Biodun Oyebanji in the education sector yields positive results.
He congratulated teachers for witnessing the second half of the year saying not all who started the year had such opportunity.
The NUT chairman also extended his greetings to the Governor Biodun Oyebanji, his wife, Dr. Olayemi and top government functionaries in the state.
Comrade Oke who is the Vice Chairman, Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC acknowledged the giant strides of Governor Oyebanji in the education sector hence he appealed to all stakeholders to join hands with the Governor to record unprecedented success.
