Youth Parliament congratulates Speaker of Ekiti 7th Assembly

…charges him to prioritize youth inclusion and mentorship*.

The leadership of the Ekiti State Youth Parliament has congratulated the newly elected Speaker of the Ekiti State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Adeoye Aribasoye and indeed the entire Members of the 7th Assembly charging him to prioritize youth inclusion and mentorship.

This is contained in a statement by its Speaker, Toba Fatunla.

The statement reads:”Your dedication, consistency and diligence has brought you this far, and we are confident it will guide your engagement all through your Rt Hon.

“You have been well prepared and groomed for this task, we therefore have no doubt in your ability to deliver and perform outstandingly.

“Your Rt Hon, a portion in the Bible says, those that have been saved must rise up for the salvation of others. By implication Sir, youth inclusion and mentorship will engender the growth of young people in Ekiti State, you have to intentionally include that in your programs at the House of Assembly.

“We trust that, being someone that grew within the ranks, and closer to the youth constituency, you would be intentional and passionate about Ekiti Youth, especially Members of the Ekiti Youth Parliament that will require internship and training as they sharpen their legislative teeth.

The youth Parliament wished the new speaker and other members huge success.

“We pray that, the almighty God that has brought you this far will see you through.

“It is your time to set records and legacy. May God abide with you as you pilot the affairs of the 7th Assembly.
