…promises to partner them towards building Ekiti education sector
The chairman Nigeria Union of Teachers, Ekiti State Wing, Comrade Emmanuel Oke has congratulated all lawmakers representing Ekiti State at the National Assembly over their formal inauguration into the house.
The candidates are, Senator Micheal Opeyemi Bamidele, Hon. Cyril Fasuyi, Hon. Yemi Adaramodu, Hon. Sola Fatoba, Hon. Biodun Omoleye, Hon.Akintunde Rotimi, AVM Rufus Adeniyi Ojuawo, Hon.Femi Bamisile and Hon. Kolawole Akinlayo.
The NUT chairman specially rejoiced with his leader and brother, Hon. Biodun Omoleye whom he described as a true democrat and lover of all.
In a statement in Ado Ekiti, Comrade Emmanuel who is also the Vice Chairman, NLC, prayed God to grant the lawmakers the wisdom knowledge and understanding to succeed in the task ahead of them.
He expressed confidence in the ability of the Ekiti lawmakers to sponsor bills that would have positive impacts on the lives of Ekiti people and Nigeria at large.
Comrade Oke advised the lawmakers to work together as one towards facilitating better projects to the state.
He also urged them to sponsor bills that will enhance the welfare of teachers especially now that the economy is bitting hard just as he expressed the readiness of NUT to partner the lawmakers towards strengthening the education sector in Ekiti.
